INTRODUCTION
Any and all persons which access this Website will hereinafter be bound by the Terms and Conditions below, without exception.
By entering this Website and therefore by accepting the Terms and Conditions listed below and therefore continuing in the use of this Website, the user shall be deemed to have understood the Terms and Conditions asset out.
Therefore, should the User not agree to the Terms and Conditions as setout, the User may not, under any circumstances, continue in the use hereof.

CIPPT shall reserve the right to make any changes, at any time to the Website, any of the Website’s contents, and any of the services offered herein, without notice.
Nothing which is unlawful, indecent, insulting, offensive, prejudice, biased, unreasonable, judgmental, deprecating, inciting, harassing, or likely to promote violence against others or that contains abusive, or profane language, will be allowed on this Website.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
This Website and its content is owned by Chartered Institute of Professional Practitioners and Trainers (CIPPT) and the User acknowledges that CIPPT and any of its licensors, are the sole proprietors of all Intellectual Property used herein.
All content and activities discussed within this Website are governed and protected South African law, and relevant international law.
The User, upon acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as set out herein, shall not, at any stage or under any circumstance, use or register any trademarks, trade names or other devices which are or incorporate marks which are the same as or confusingly similar to the trademarks or which marks are likely to be associated with the trademarks.
The user shall not in any way, make unauthorised use of the Intellectual Property of CIPPT, or represent that it has any rights of any nature in the Intellectual Property or any registrations thereof.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions herein, the User undertakes not to make unauthorised use, reproductions or copies of any of the work or material displayed on the CIPPT website, or which was made available on the Website. The User also hereby agrees to adhere to and comply with any and all policies, conditions of use and rules that may apply to the use of such work and/or material.
WEBSITE SECURITY
This applies to Users of the Protected Area which is accessed through the User’s Login username and password.
Upon accessing this Area, the User will be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
CIPPT ensures that it will take any and all reasonable steps to safe guard the User’s information that is required when accessing the Protected Area. This Area cannot be accessed by any unauthorised persons without a valid username and password. Authorised users have access only to those parts of the Protected Area which they are entitled to access and view with their secured information.
CIPPT cannot, and does not, however, warrant that no unlawful and/or unauthorised person shall gain access to the Protected Area or to any part of the Protected Area to which they are not entitled to have access. Similarly, CIPPT shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claims, costs or penalties arising from unlawful and/or unauthorised access to the Protected Area.
It is however, the Users’ responsibility to keep their username and password confidential.
The User will retain responsibility for any and all access to the Website with
their information, by any person. If the correct username and password has been used, CIPPT will therefore assume such access is appropriate to the person entering the information. CIPPT therefore will not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any loss or damage arising to the User, due to the unauthorised use of his/her username and password.
Should the User gain knowledge of such breach of information and confidentiality to the Protected Area under his/her username and password, the user must inform CIPPT of the discretion in writing.
CIPPT can at any time, insist that the User change his/her username and password.
The User understands and acknowledges that the use of information of the User’s information will be solely for internal and statistical purposes to CIPPT, and will not, under any circumstances, be given or sold to a third party.

USER’S LIABILITY
The User accepts the Terms and Conditions and therefore accepts that he/she uses this Website at his/her own risk.
Any loss, damage, costs, claims or penalties of whatsoever nature, including but not limited to indirect and consequential damages and loss of profits, arising out of these Terms and Conditions or the Website and whether caused by latent or patent defects in the Website, the use of the Website and information contained on the Website or otherwise suffered by the user, the User acknowledges and hereby agrees that CIPPT will not be held liable for the above.
CIPPT and the User hereby agree that unless otherwise stated in the terms above, any dispute arising out of, or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, will be finally resolved in accordance with the Rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa by an arbitrator or arbitrators appointed by the Foundation.
GENERAL
Should any term or provision of the above Terms and Conditions be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful for any reason whatsoever, the remaining terms and provisions of the above Terms and Conditions will be deemed severable and shall continue in full effect.
